Based on another short story by Phillip K Dick (Minority Report, Blade Runner), this sci-fi thriller centres around weapons enginneer Olham (Sinise) who has developed the ultimate weapon for detecting and killing nasty shape changing aliens. Trouble is, the powers that be now think HE is one...an alien that is.
