Derby is one of the classic horse races. This horse race takes place periodically over a well developed race course. Derby could be said as an competition of horse racing. Spectators bid on the winning horse. The results are declared after the race is over. The derby is not open to common public, one has to take a ticket or should have a pass to enter the stadium where the race is taking place.
