Commercial law lays down guidelines setup by the government abd regulates corporate contracts, hiring practices and manufacutre and sale of consumer goods. Various regulatroy schemes control licenses and permits, grants and subsidies, environmental guidelines, taxes, registration, popoerty issues, labour, exemptions, investments and export/import transactions.
